The public website can be accessed without creating an account or submitting personal data.
Personal data is collected only from invited members who access the community via Discord authentication.

What we collect

We collect personal data only from approved members:

• Name
• Email
• Professional information (title, company, city)
• LinkedIn URL
• Application content
• Discord account data (username, ID)
• Usage data within the member area (analytics)

Why

• Review and manage membership
• Provide access to the private directory and internal tools
• Operate the community and events
• Improve internal features and usage understanding

Authentication

Access to the member area is handled via Discord.
We receive only the data necessary to identify your account (such as username and user ID).
We do not access private messages or unrelated data.
Discord processes authentication under its own terms.

Legal basis

• Legitimate interest: operating and maintaining the community
• Consent: analytics and cookies

Retention

We keep data as long as needed to operate the community.

• Members: while active
• Applicants: up to 12 months

You can request deletion at any time.

Infrastructure

We rely on:

• Supabase (database)
• Koyeb (hosting)
• Discord (authentication)
• Google Analytics (analytics)

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers operate outside the EU.
Appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, are in place.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Participation is at your own risk.
